I enjoyed the VIP entrance and memorabilia at the location of my seats. The Play That Goes Wrong was awesome, although no one else was opening for him. The seats were too close together, making it cramped to sit. The other comedians were funny, but I did not like walking down all the stairs to the main floor. I did not like having to pay $20 to park after spending over $700 for our 2 tickets. My friend was stuck for an hour and a half, as there was no red carpet, which was disappointing. However, Lady Gaga was outstanding. I loved VIP, but I will never waste my money and do that again. There needs to be better parking lot direction and personnel to guide people to the exits. I have balance and lower back issues, so I arrived at 5:15 PM to park in handicap and then had to navigate all those stairs. Our seats and mobile tickets were great, except for not being parked correctly.
